Feno Labs, Inc. warrants these products to be free of defects in material and workmanship for the periods below, from the date of delivery.

The Feno Plus extended warranty applies while your Feno Plus membership is active.

If a product has such a defect, Feno will replace it at no cost. Proof of purchase is required.

How to get a replacement

  1. Email support@feno.co with your order number and a description of the issue.
  2. Include photos or videos of the defect if you can. They help us understand the problem.
  3. Our team will check whether the issue is a manufacturing defect. Feno makes the final decision.
  4. If your request is approved, we'll ship a replacement to you by express shipping at no cost. In some cases, we may ask you to return the defective item first.

What is not covered

This warranty does not cover finishes or normal wear, or damage from accident, misuse, tampering, unreasonable use, lack of reasonable maintenance (including charging), unauthorized repairs, modification, use with non-Feno accessories, or commercial use. It also does not cover:

  • TrueFit™ Mouthpiece: bending or stretching from forceful handling; normal weakening of bristles over time.
  • Smarthandle 2: damage from exposure outside its IP67 rating, including hot water, steam, dishwashers, soaking, water jets or pressurized water.
  • Snap Charger 2 and adapter: any contact with water; charging other products; use with an adapter, cable or outlet not supplied or approved by Feno.

OPENING THE CASING OR CHANGING ANY COMPONENT OR PRODUCT AUTOMATICALLY VOIDS THE WARRANTY.

ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE WARRANTY PERIODS ABOVE. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THIS LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

IN NO EVENT WILL FENO LABS, INC. OR ITS AFFILIATES OR SUBSIDIARIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES BASED ON BREACH OF WARRANTY, BREACH OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, TORT OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THIS LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
