Daily use

Charging

A full charge lasts about 4 weeks of twice-daily brushing. Charge by snapping the Snap Charger 2 onto the back of the Smarthandle 2.

  1. Plug the Snap Charger 2 into the Feno power adapter, then plug the adapter into a wall outlet.
  2. Place the Snap Charger 2 on the back of the Smarthandle. Magnets snap it into place. It works facing either direction, so the cable can point whichever way suits your outlet.
  3. The display briefly shows a charging animation, then returns home with a charging indicator.
  4. The Indicator LED on the Snap Charger 2 turns on when the charger is working. If it stays off, check that the adapter is plugged in and the cable is secure, then contact support.

Smarthandle on the Snap Charger 2

Tip: Lay the Snap Charger 2 flat with the Smarthandle resting on top, away from the sink.

CAUTION

  • Keep the Snap Charger 2, cable and adapter dry and away from sinks, tubs and showers, even though the Smarthandle is water resistant.
  • Let the Smarthandle dry before placing it on the Snap Charger 2.
  • Use an outlet that is correctly installed and easy to reach, so you can unplug quickly.
  • Do not strain, pinch or kink the cable. Keep it away from heat, and route it so no one trips over it.
  • Check the cable and adapter for damage before first use and regularly after.
  • Do not use the Snap Charger 2 or adapter to charge other products.

Low battery

At 20% the display shows Low Battery – Recharge soon, and at 10% Very Low Battery – Recharge now.

If the battery runs out, the display shows a charge prompt and the Smarthandle turns off; a session cut short by low battery is still saved.

Battery care

Battery capacity decreases gradually over time. This is normal and not a defect. If you have battery problems, contact support; do not try to replace the battery.

If liquid leaks from the product, avoid contact. If it touches skin or eyes, rinse with plenty of water, and seek medical advice if irritation or burns occur.
