Cleaning and care

Rinse the Mouthpiece after every use and leave it to dry. Wipe the Smarthandle 2 with a damp cloth when needed. It's IP67 rated, so splashes and an accidental drop in water won't harm it.

After each use

1. Rinse the Mouthpiece under lukewarm running water (no hotter than 40 °C / 104 °F).
2. If you use whitening toothpaste, rinse the Mouthpiece extra thoroughly.
3. Wipe the Smarthandle with a damp cloth and dry it.
4. Leave the Mouthpiece to dry, then return the Smarthandle to the Snap Charger 2.

What IP67 means for you

• Splashes and an accidental drop in a full sink are fine.
• Do not rinse the Smarthandle under the tap, use it in the shower or bath, store it in water, leave it soaking, or take it swimming.
• IP67 is tested with clean, room-temperature water. Hot water, steam, soapy water and water jets are not covered. Do not boil, steam-sterilize or put any part in the dishwasher.

Cleaning the Snap Charger 2

Unplug the adapter from the outlet first. Wipe the Snap Charger 2 with a dry cloth. Never rinse or immerse it. Let it dry completely before plugging it back in.

Do not use

Wipes, alcohol, bleach, abrasive powders or other chemical cleaners on any part. They can damage the housing and Mouthpiece.

Storage

If you won't use the Smartbrush for a long time, charge it to about half, unplug the Snap Charger 2, and store everything in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, between –5 °C and 35 °C (23 °F and 95 °F).
